RICHARDSON, TEX. – Senior midfielder Andy Martinez (Horizon City, Texas) picked up his third all-American Southwest Conference award with the announcement of the 2022 all-ASC postseason honors.
 
Martinez ranked among head coach Marquis Muse's squad's top four offensively. He tallied two goals and dished off an assist for five points and was one of four War Hawks to register a game-winning score. His selection marked a sixth successive season in which McMurry had at least one all-ASC awardee.
 
Winding up the year 5-9-2 and just out of the league postseason tournament picture, the Maroon, Black and White also placed freshman defender Justin Ajdukovich (Frisco, Texas) on the honorable mention list. He started 16 of 17 matches and was one of the program's top defensive players.
