ABILENE – McMurry Women's Soccer plays two road games this week at Hardin-Simmons at 7 p.m. on Thursday and at Mary Hardin-Baylor at 7 p.m. on Saturday.

Nothing But Clean: Since a 3-1 loss at Rhodes, McMurry hasn't allowed a goal, shutting out Dallas, HPU and Wayland Baptist.
Kaitlyn Gustafson had the shutout against Dallas with two saves. Gustafson and
Avery Anders had two saves each in the win over HPU.
Lauren Marlow and
Nana Torres combined for the shutout against the Pioneers. Torres had two saves and Marlow added one.

Holland On Point: Emily Holland has six goals through six games this season. She leads the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference and is 21
st nationally with those six goals. She also is 32
nd in Division III with 13 points (one assist) and fifth in the nation with three game-winning goals. Holland also leads the league and is 14
th in D3 with 5.83 shots per game, including a SCAC-leading 2.67 shots on goal per game.

About Hardin-Simmons: Hardin-Simmons and McMurry played to a 2-2 draw last season but HSU has won that last seven home meetings. The Cowgirls are 4-1-2 this season after a 3-3 tie with Concordia on Monday. Kaylee Maddox leads HSU with 11 points on four goals and three assists. The Cowgirls allow 1.57 goals per game.
