McMurry will face East Texas Baptist in the first round for the fourth consecutive year and the team has taken two out of three first-round battles in the last three seasons over the Tigers to move to the semi-finals round. McMurry will look for its first title game appearance since winning the title in 1997.

“I'm very excited at the beginning of the season you always set the goal to end up at the conference tournament and we are headed that way,” said head coach Cammie Petree of McMurry's fourth-straight trip
to the postseason.

Sul Ross State will mark the the final regular season match before the tournament begins. The Lobos and McMurry will square off Saturday morning at Kimbrell Arena at 11 a.m. and Petree will honor the team's
three seniors. Sarah Anding, Terah Brown and Mandie Moore will all play their final home games in a McMurry uniform Saturday.

“We have three seniors that have been amazing players for this program, and we're looking forward to the opportunity to honor them,” Petree said. “All three have been big contributors for the program”
