Suwanee, GA - Kendra Humprhies, a sophomore from College Station, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Women's Field Athlete of the Week for meets held from Monday, March 3 through Sunday, March 9. 

Humphries took top honors in both the shot put and the javelin at Thursday's Hardin-Simmons/Nelson/McMurry Tri-Meet on the campus of HSU. Humphries won the shot with a toss of 42' 2 3/4" and the javelin with a distance of 124' 7". The sophomore also placed fourth in the hammer (109' 9").
