ABILENE, TX – McMurry announced its 2026 softball schedule.

The War Hawks open their season in Austin, Texas with a doubleheader against Huston Tillotson at Mabson Field on January 30.

Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play gets underway with a home series against Texas Lutheran on February 13-14. Also, travelling to Edwards Field in the SCAC schedule are LeTourneau, University of the Ozarks, Concordia, and Austin College.

McMurry has SCAC road series against the University of St. Thomas, Hendrix College, the University of Dallas, Centenary College, and Schreiner.

The 2026 SCAC Tournament will be hosted by McMurry University at Edwards Field on May 1-3.

The War Hawks ended their 2025 season in the SCAC tournament following a 16-19 record with a 14-15 mark in conference play.
