ABILENE – McMurry scored 21 wins in the Big Country Classic on Saturday, dominating Howard Payne and taking three from Hardin-Simmons.
 
K'Linda Mason and McKenzie Carroll each picked up three wins on the day for the women. Both had wins over Howard Payne and scored doubles wins over both HPU and HSU.
 
Nick Villalovos and Mason Bagwell also had three wins each for the McMurry men. Each had singles wins over Howard Payne and doubles wins over the Cowboys and HPU.
 
McMurry returns to action at UMHB's Crusader Classic next week.
