Tennis looks to bounce back after hard fought weekend

McMurry men's and women's tennis was in action this weekend as they took on Mary Hardin Baylor and Weatherford College.
Thursday February 13^th men's tennis vs. UMHB- The Crusaders earned the sweep over the War Hawks.

SINGLES- Fernandes (UMHB) def. Bagwell (MCM) 6-2, 6-4
Torres (UMHB) def. Villalovos (MCM) 6-3, 6-2

Saturday February 15^th men's and women's tennis vs. Weatherford College- The 2 squads battled in this match with Weatherford but were unable to break through.

The men's dropped the match 0-7 and the women's dropped their match 1-6, with the win coming in a singles match from K'Linda Mason on the women's side.

The tennis teams will be back in action on Thursday at home against Oklahoma Wesleyan.
