ABILENE, Texas – McMurry University has canceled its women's basketball exhibition at Abilene Christian set for Saturday, Nov. 27 due to complications with COVID-19 testing protocols.

Additionally, the War Hawks will not compete in the American Southwest Conference crossover on Monday, Nov. 30 and Tuesday, Dec. 1. Currently, McMurry University still plans to host Sul Ross State's contests against UT Dallas and East Texas Baptist at Kimbrell Arena.

The exhibition at ACU may be rescheduled for a later date, but no plans have been made at this time.

The next scheduled game is an exhibition set for Dec. 12 at Houston Baptist University. The War Hawks also plan to host Sul Ross State in what would be the home opener on Dec. 15 at 4 p.m.
