ABILENE, Texas – McMurry University Men's Basketball will face one of its toughest tests of the season Saturday, when the War Hawks visit No. 8 Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska.

NOTES:
LAST WEEK: McMurry suffered a pair of setbacks last week, falling 89-78 to Schreiner University and 60-59 to Texas Lutheran University inside Kimbrell Arena.
SCARY TERRY: Senior forward Krishawn Terry averaged 15.5 points and 9.0 rebounds per game last weekend to pace McMurry. He shot 67 percent from the field and 50 percent from beyond the arc, while also throwing down a highlight reel alley oop.
DIAPER DANDY: Freshman guard Cody LeBlanc is second on the team in scoring at 12.5 points per game. He scored 17 points in his collegiate debut versus Schreiner, and converted a late go-ahead three-point play against Texas Lutheran.
14: The War Hawks had 14 steals in the season opener against Schreiner, tying the most in a game since February 2, 2017 against Hardin-Simmons.
ALL-TIME SERIES: Saturday's matchup will be the second meeting between the War Hawks and Prairie Wolves. McMurry won the first matchup in the 2001 season opener, 67-65.
SCOUTING NWU: The 8th ranked Prairie Wolves have started the season 2-0, winning both games by more than 20 points. Guard Nate Schimonitz averaged 29.0 points and 8.5 rebounds per game in the two wins to lead NWU. Guard Jack Hiller averages 17.5 points per game for NWU.
HEAD COACH ZACH PICKELMAN: Pickelman enters his fifth season at the helm of the War Hawks. He entered the season with a 31-70 record, having improved in each of his first four years, including leading McMurry to the ASC Tournament last season.
