PINEVILLE, La. - McMurry men's tennis dominated Louisiana College in a cross-division American Southwest Conference match, winning by a 9-0 score. The War Hawks improved to 2-5 overall, thanks to the win on the Richard J. Crowell Courts.
McM swept all three doubles matches by identical 8-0 scores. Winning for McM was the team of
Carlos Martinez and
Clayton Pope at No. 1, Cody Aaron and
Andrew Hallowell and No. 2, and
Zach Miller and
Joseph Diaz at No. 3.
McMurry did not lose a game in singles, either, with 6-0, 6-0 scores down the lineup against the Wildcats. Playing singles were, at Nos. 1-6 respectively, were Martinez, Pope, Hallowell, Miller, Diaz and
Chris Causer.
