Played two seasons of varsity football for Kennedale High School and head coach Richard Barrett at running back. Helped the Wildcats to two-straight playoff appearances. His senior season, he carried the ball 38 times for 189 yards, and caught 11 passes for 202 yards and four scores. Recorded 28 tackles on defense as well. Also played four seasons of baseball and was an all-district performer including a state championship his senior year.

2011 graduate of Kennedale High School in Kennedale. Father, John, played baseball for the University of Maryland. Born 12 Sept. 1992.
