Played two seasons as an outfielder for head coach Bill Merrill at Boerne High School in Boerne. Was named academic all-state and to the all-district team his senior year. Also lettered in basketball where he was named to the all-district team.

Personal:

2010 graduate of Boerne High School in Boerne. Majoring in business finance he someday hopes to be an accountant. Father was an NJCAA basketball all-American at Paris Junior College and finished his career at East Texas State. Born 4 March 1992.
