ABILENE – McMurry Volleyball dropped the first match of the SCAC Crossover Tournament on Friday, falling in three sets to Texas Lutheran.
 
The Bulldogs won it 25-20, 25-15, 25-15.
 
Bailey Blanton had six kills with Carli Colbert getting 13 assists and Allison Montoya adding 10. Hannah Page had two aces.
 
Defensively, Blanton and Rylie Patterson were in on three blocks up front while Chloe Ukle had 15 digs and Jacee Dinkins picked up 10.
 
McMurry plays Concordia at 1 p.m. and finishes its time in the tournament at 7 p.m. against Schreiner.
