Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 ALPINE, TEXAS – Freshman Ty Edwards (Brackettville, Texas) and the women's number two line doubles pairing of junior Bridgette Fly (Watauga, Texas) and freshman Jenna Vincent (San Angelo, Texas) spotlighted non-conference dual action Saturday, April 8.
 
Edwards battled the University of Texas at Permian Basin's number four line singles player Paul Schweiger in a hard-fought 6-3, 6-3 defeat. Fly and Vincent were as tenacious for the women, pushing Rhea Singh and Tuva Asplund to a tiebreaker where the hosts escaped with the 10-4 decision for the 7-6 victory.
 
McMurry's men (5-12) and women (5-11) conclude the regular season Saturday, April 15. They host nearby American Southwest Conference rival Howard Payne University in a 2023 Senior Day contest that begins at 10 a.m. at Seidel-Swagerty Tennis Center.
