ABILENE, TEXAS – Sophomore outside hitter Keetyn Davis (Abilene, Texas) and junior middle/right side hitter Addyson Tiffin (Bushland, Texas) resumed their stratospheric 2022 seasons Friday, Oct. 28.

Davis produced a team-best 12 kills and dug 13 East Texas Baptist University attack attempts for a double-double, her ninth of the year. Tiffin tallied 11 kills to mark the fourth time in the last five matches she's been in double figures.

Unfortunately, the dynamic duo's play couldn't stave off East Texas Baptist's late game one and four rallies that put them over the top in a 26-24, 19-25, 25-20, 25-21 American Southwest Conference win. Digging deeper into the numbers for head coach Cammie Petree's War Hawks, freshman setter Lexi Miller (Abilene, Texas) knocked out a double-double with 16 assists and 12 digs, and senior defensive specialist Adile Leal (Clute, Texas) ran her double-digit dig streak to 30 with 27.
