ABILENE, Texas – McMurry University Men's Soccer heads on the road for the second time this season, as they continue American Southwest Conference play with a pair of road matches. Thursday night the War Hawks visit LeTourneau University at 7:30 p.m. and then travel to East Texas Baptist University for a 7:30 p.m. matchup Saturday.

Last Week: The War Hawks won the one game on their schedule, rallying to defeat Sul Ross State University 2-1 in the ASC opener.
Lara honored: Senior forward Rafael Lara was named the ASC Co-Offensive Player of the week after scoring the game-tying and game-winning goals over Sul Ross. Lara has scored four goals in the last three games.
2-0: The War Hawks are looking to start conference play 2-0 for the first time since 2004, when they started 3-0.
ASC Tournament: With ASC play in full swing, the War Hawks will look to carve their path to the conference tournament for the first time since 2004 (not eligible in 2017 after finishing fourth due to reclassification).
About LeTourneau: The Yellowjackets are 1-4-1, 0-2-0 ASC on the season. They were picked to finish 11th in the preseason poll. LeTourneau leads the series 9-1-3 after defeating the War Hawks 2-1 a year ago.
About East Texas Baptist: The Tigers are 2-3-0, 0-2-0 ASC in 2018. ETBU was predicted to finish ninth in the preseason poll. The War Hawks trail the series 8-3, but defeated the Tigers 2-0 last year.
