CLARKSVILLE, Ark. – A goal in the 68th minute was the only blemish on an otherwise strong defensive effort by the McMurry University men's soccer team in a 1-0 American Southwest Conference road loss at the University of the Ozarks. The War Hawks fell to 4-4 overall and 1-2 in the ASC, while the Eagles improved to 5-4 and 2-3 in conference play.
Overall, the two teams matched up equally, with UO taking seven shots (four on-goal) and McM six (three on-goal). Ozarks had the upper hand in the first half of play, out-shooting McM 4-1, with the second belonging to the War Hawks' attackers, 5-3.

The two teams duked it out to a 0-0 tie after the first half and midway through the second. In the 68th minute, the Eagles tallied to only score of the night off a free kick from 22 yards out, with Miguel Reyes converting his second goal of the year and the eventual match winner.
