CLARKSVILLE, Ark. – McMurry University battled the University of the Ozarks strong for the first half, before being overtaken in the second in a 3-1 loss on the road. Both the Eagles (2-3-2) and War Hawks (0-6) scored all of their goals in the second period.

The War Hawks held the Eagles at bay for the next 10 minutes, until UO's Thomas Mills converted on a header at the 69:36 mark to tie the match at 1-1. Less than a minute later, Ozarks' Travis Leach would score to give his team a 2-1 advantage.
Leach added an insurance goal for Ozarks in the 86th minute for the 3-1 final score.
