AUSTIN Texas – McMurry University volleyball made short work of Huston-Tillotson University, 3-0, in posting its eighth-consecutive victory. The War Hawks (14-5) won by scores of 25-16, 25-13, 25-22 in handing the Rams (3-13) their sixth-straight loss.
McM had another of its "hour of power" matches, where the squad is able to dispatch of its foe in less than 60 minutes (the win over HTU was unofficially clocked at 58 minutes). The War Hawks have not lost a set during their current win streak, as well.

Catherine Heath was Ram-tough, knocking down 10 kills on the host team and with a .500 attack percentage.
Katy Headrick and
Kayla Hines each contributed six kills.
Jessica Cory had a match-leading total of 12 digs, while teammate
Morgan Thomas notched 20 assists.
