Academic All-Conference ... Played in all five games as a true freshman ... Had 12 tackles on the season ... Five solo ... 1.5 tackles for loss ... Two QB hurries ... Season high four tackles against Hardin-Simmons ... Two tackles with one tackle for loss and a QB hurry at Texas Lutheran ... Also forced a turnover on downs on a 4th-and-4 play against Sul Ross State, rushing the QB to force an incomplete pass which later helped in a 17-14 win over the Lobos.
