2008 Season (Freshman):

Played on McMurry’s JV team.

High School:

Played two seasons of football for head coach Kyle Cooper at Gatesville High School in Gatesville. As a wide receiver, he was a second-team all-district selection for district 17-3A and was the team’s captain. Spent his first two years of high school playing six-man football at Aquilla High School and was a first-team all-district selection at receiver. Also lettered in basketball and track at Aquilla H.S.

Personal:

2008 graduate of Gatesville High School in Gatesville. Majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in History. Several relative have played in the college ranks including his mother, Laura, who played basketball for one season at McMurry. His father, Benny, was a punter for Tarleton State University in Stephenville. His sister, Kayla, played basketball at Texas Woman’s University in Denton. His other sister, Benja, played basketball at Midland Christian College. Born 29 March 1990.
