Hagen Little joined the War Hawks staff in March of 2019 after spending the last two years as a strength and conditioning graduate assistant and intern across town at Hardin-Simmons University.

From 2012-15, Little was a member of the Abilene Christian strength and conditioning staff, serving as an assistant, as well being the interim head coach for the summer and fall of 2015. He also has experience working in the NFL as a strength and conditioning intern for the Kansas City Chiefs.

"I am ecstatic about having Coach Hagen Little joining our football program as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator," Neal exclaimed. "Coach Little's expertise, excitement and energy are evident in everything he does. He has a passion for seeing college athletes grow, not only in their physical being, but also in their mental toughness and their leadership skills. I know that War Hawk Football will benefit greatly from what he brings to the table."
