Will provide depth at the linebacker position in his junior season in 2011

2010 Season (Sophomore):

Recorded three tackles in his sophomore campaign with the McMurry defense.

2009 Season (Freshman):

Played in a backup role at linebacker and recorded four tackles on the season.

High School:

Played two seasons at inside linebacker for head coach Trevor White at Alief Taylor High School in Houston. As a senior, he recorded 77 tackles, one interception, had a pass deflection and recorded two tackles for a loss. He was the team’s captain and was named honorable mention all-district. He also earned academic all-district honors in both seasons. Set the school record for linebackers in the squat at 515 lbs.

Personal:

2009 graduate of Alief Taylor High School in Houston. Majoring in Computer Science with aspirations to be a software programmer. Played along side Cheta Ozogwou (Rice University) and with Donte Elliott (Boston College) in high school. Born 23 July 1991.
