Two way player ... Appeared in 21 games with 18 starts ... Also had seven appearances on the mound with five starts ... Batted .255 with 12 hits in 47 at-bats ... 12 runs scored ... One double ... Two homers ... Three RBI ... .393 on-base percentage ... One stolen base ... Hit 2-for-3 with a homer, a double and two RBI in the season-opener at NCAA D2 top-ranked Angelo State ... Also hit a solo homer in an 11-8 win over Schreiner ... Had a season high three hits with two runs scored against UT Dallas on April 20 ... As a pitcher, he threw 22.2 innings ... 17 strikeouts ... 1-3 record ... Earned the win and a quality start against Schriener on March 30, throwing 6.0 innings with three runs and five hits allowed ... 2020 (Junior):
Two way player ... Appeared in 15 games with 14 starts ... Also had five appearances with four starts on the mound ... Batted .341 to rank second on the team ... Went 15-for-44 on the season ... One homer, three doubles, nine runs and seven RBI ... Stole seven bases without being thrown out ... Slashed .341/.396/.477 for the year ... Went 3-for-5 in the final game of the shortened season vs. Wayland Baptist with two runs and an RBI ... Launched a game-tying grand slam against St. Thomas (Houston) on Feb. 15, helping send the game to extra innings to set up a 16th inning walk-off win ... Also had a double and five RBI in that game ... Pitching wise, led the War Hawks with 21.1 innings ... Best outing came against St. Thomas (Houston) on Feb. 14, allowing just one earned run in 5.1 innings ... Finished with an 0-3 record and a 7.59 ERA ... 2019 (Sophomore):
Played in 20 games with 14 starts as a utility player ... Owned an eight-game hitting streak from March 19 until April 18 ... Fourth on the team with a .305 batting average (18-59) ... One of two McM players to hit two triples ... Added three doubles, five runs and eight RBI ... Slashed .305/.339/.424 for the season ... Fielded .978 with just one error on the season.
