2012 Season (Junior):

Moved by Coach Byington from catcher to pitcher during his junior campaign ... Appeared in 14 games while making one start ... second on the team in ERA (3.80) ... earned a 1-2 record while making five of the team's six saves ... struck our 14 batters over the course of the season.

2011 Season (Sophomore):

Appeared in in 12 games at catcher in his first season with the War Hawks ... hit .226 with three RBIs.

2010 Season (Eastfield College – Freshman):

Played his freshman year for the Harvesters and head coach Mike Martin ... appeared in 26 games ... hit .342 while driving in 16 RBIs ... finished the season with a .975 fielding percentage at catcher.

High School:

Played three seasons for head coach Bradd Barton at Churchill County High School in Fallon, Nev. as a catcher. Named team captain his sophomore and junior year. Also lettered in football and wrestling.

Personal:

2008 graduate of Churchill County High School in Fallon, Nev. Brother Jesse Hejny played for two seasons of football at Texas Christian University. Business finance major. Born 22 June 1990.
