Had two personal records at the Texas Tech Matador Qualifier with times of 7.40 in the 60 meter dash and 23.45 in the 200 meter dash.

Competed in 10 meets as a sophomore ... Ran in two events at the NCCAA Outdoor National Championship in Winona Lake, Indiana, including a fourth place finish with the 4x100 relay team ... Set his personal record in the 100 at the Texas Tech Masked Rider Invite with a time of 11.37.
