Adds depth to the running back position in his final season with the team.

2010 Season (Junior):

Carried the ball one time for a gain of one yard in his junior campaign. Played some JV games working through injuries early in the season.

2009 Season (Sophomore):

Split time on the junior varsity and varsity teams as a freshman at running back. Carried the ball six times for 27 yards for an average of 4.5 yards per carry.

2008 Season (Freshman):

Played on McMurry's JV team.

High School:

Played two seasons for head coach Greg Alexander at Alief Hastings High School in Houston. Had a 30-yard touchdown reception in the last game of his high school career and rushed for 80 yards on the season at running back. Also played cornerback on defense. Named academic all-district his senior year. Helped his team to a 6-4 record his senior year.

Personal:

2008 graduate of Alief Hastings High School in Houston.  Majoring in Computer Science with a minor in psychology. Has aspirations to become a computer software engineer. Cousin, Clyde Drexler, won an NBA championship with the Houston Rockets, played college basketball at the University of Houston and was named on the NBA's Greatest 50 Players.  Played against Jeremy Hills (RB, University of Texas), Trent Hunter (FS, Texas A&M), and Donte Elliott (FS, Boston College). Played alongside Saheed Imoru (CB, Oklahoma State), Shaquille Tubman (WR, Texas Tech) and Rashaud Hutchins (CB, University of Oklahoma) in high school. Born 11 July 1990.
