McMurry University Athletics

Returns to compete for a starting spot at cornerback where he was an all-conference performer in 2009, but sat out last season due to injury.

2010 Season (Medical Redshirt):

Suffered an ACL tear in his final game of the 2009 season and sat out in 2010.

2009 Season (Junior):

Hudson earned second-team all-conference honors from the cornerback position in his first season with McMurry in 2009. He recorded 35 tackles (18 solo) forced two fumbles, broke up seven passes and intercepted six passes on the season. Tied C.J. Villegas (2006) and Roque Vela (2000) for the most interceptions in a season by a McMurry player since the school joined the NCAA in 1996. Tied the school record with five other McMurry players when he had three interceptions in a game against Texas Lutheran Oct. 24 to accompany six tackles. As a result, he was named to the D3football.com National Team of the Week Oct. 25. Had a season-high eight tackles against Austin College Sept. 12 and broke up two passes in a game twice against Trinity Sept. 5 and Howard Payne Oct. 10.

2008 Season (Texas College):

Played one season for Texas College in Tyler. In 2008, he picked off three passes and broke up four passes and tallied 26 tackles including 3.5 for a loss. Earned honorable mention honors on the NAIA Central States Football League all-league team.

High School:

Played two seasons at cornerback for head coach Bill Barron at Elsik High School in Houston.
