Will provide depth at the wide receiver position in his final year with the team.

2009 Season (Junior):

Caught seven passes for 42 yards at wide receiver. Played special teams and recorded two tackles and forced one fumble against nationally-ranked Mary Hardin-Baylor Sept. 26. Also recorded season-highs in receptions and yards with four and 26 respectively against Mississippi College Sept. 19.

2008 Season (Sophomore):

Caught eight passes for 60 yards and carried the ball 13 times for 39 yards as a sophomore. Had four carries for 21 yards including his season-long carry of 13 yards against nationally-ranked Mary Hardin-Baylor Sept. 27. Caught two passes for 21 yards against Howard Payne Oct. 11. Also recorded eight tackles on special teams.

2007 Season (Freshman):

Played on McMurry’s JV team.

High School:

Played four seasons at Junction High School in Junction where he played quarterback and free safety for head coach Sean Leamon. Helped his team to a 6-4 record his senior year. Totaled 1,378 yards of offense with 20 touchdowns. He also recorded 72 tackles on the defensive end of the ball, intercepted seven passes, broke up four passes, forced three fumbles and recovered one on his way to all-state honors. He was also named to the all-West Texas 2A Football team and the all-West Texas Super Team. In his final high school football game he rushed for 227 yards and three touchdowns. Also lettered in baseball where he played pitcher and shortstop. Held a 12-2 record on the mound with a 1.50 ERA and hit .378 with seven homers his senior season on his way to multiple all-state selections. Also lettered in basketball where he was an all-district performer.

Personal:

2007 graduate of Junction High School in Junction. Majoring in Kineseology and has aspirations to coach. Played along side Weston Neiman at Junction who now plays for Texas Tech University. Born 04 May 1989.
