ABILENE – McMurry and Austin College played to a scoreless draw on Sunday in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference women's soccer.
 
The McMurry defense was stellar, allowing just two shots and requiring only one save from Avery Anders to get the clean sheet.
 
The War Hawks had five shots for the game, including shots on goal by Jaelynn Portillo and Alexis Lira.
 
McMurry honored its seniors Emily Holland, Portillo, McKenna Standifer, Grace Singleton and Haylie Blakley.
 
The War Hawks return to action on Friday with a 7 p.m. game at Texas Lutheran.
