ABILENE, Texas – The McMurry University men's basketball team struggled to find its rhythm against UT Dallas inside Kimbrell Arena on Thursday night, dropping a 100-59 bout to the Comets in American Southwest Conference action.

The War Hawks remain hopeful for the West Division fourth seed in the American Southwest Conference Championship tournament, but will need a win Saturday and a win by Sul Ross State over Concordia Texas to do so.
McMurry's final regular season game is against University of the Ozarks and is set to tip off at 3 p.m. this Saturday.
Ten minutes prior to the men's tip-off, the team will honor eligible senior Jordan Sherman for Senior Day.
