ABILENE, Texas – McMurry University Men's Tennis was topped in its return to action Sunday at the Seidel-Swagerty Tennis Center, falling to Connecticut Colllege, 7-2.

Carlos Martinez and Chase Daniell picked up McMurry's (1-7) lone double's point, winning at number one, 8-5. Connecticut College won both matches at number two and three, 8-4.

In singles play, Martinez picked up a win at number one, 6-4, 6-0. Daniell battled at number two, but fell 6-2, 6-4. Flights four through six were all decided 6-3, 6-1, in favor of the Camels (3-2).

McMurry is in action again Friday when the War Hawks visit Austin College at 5:30 p.m.
