ABILENE, Texas – McMurry University Men's Soccer continues its four game homestand with two games this week, as the War Hawks search for their first win of 2018.

Tonight, the War Hawks play host to University of the Southwest at 7:30 p.m. following the women's game, while playing host to Jarvis Christian College Saturday at 1:30 p.m.

NOTES:
Last week: The War Hawks began the season with a 1-1 tie at Austin College Friday night before suffering a 5-2 setback to Florida National University Sunday evening.

Leaders: Three different War Hawks have each scored a goal: senior defender Aaron Webb, senior defender Josh Erwin and junior midfielder Jesus Sanchez. Sanchez also has two assists while sophomore defender DJ Jaime has one.

Jesus saves: Junior midfielder Jesus Sanchez's goal against Austin College came in the 83rd minute to tie the game and send the game to overtime.

About Southwest: The War Hawks trail the all-time series with the Mustangs 4-2. The Mustangs are 1-1 in 2018.

About Jarvis Christian: McMurry leads the all-time series 3-1. However, the Bulldogs got the best of the War Haws the last time out in 2015, 1-0.
