Box Score WAXAHACHIE, Texas – McMurry University's men's soccer team suffered its second-consecutive loss with a 5-0 setback at Southwestern Assemblies of God University. The War Hawks fell to 4-7 on the year, while the Lions improved to 5-6-2 overall.
 
SAGU dominated the match, keeping the ball in the McM half of the filed much of the time. Unofficially, the War Hawks had six shot attempts, with two going on goal. Conversely, the Lions had 14 shots.
 
SAGU led at halftime 2-0.  The Lions extended that to 3-0 in the 58th minute, before booking two goals in the final four minutes.
 
McMurry will play an exhibition match at Ranger College on Saturday at 3 p.m.
