2023 (Senior):
United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division III All-Region for indoor...Helped McMurry win third-straight ASC title...Two-time weekly conference honoree...Won third place in javelin and hammer at Trinity Invitational...Hammer throw of 143 feet 11 inches ranked first in conference, while discus throw of 109 feet 10 inches and javelin throw of 107 feet 6 inches were third longest...Hammer throw placed her sixth nationally and javelin throw placed her 12th nationally...Won hammer by over 7 and 1/2 feet at Hardin-Simmons Invitational and placed second in discus to a D1 athlete by less than three and a half feet.

2022 (Junior):
United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-West Region for indoor…Set personal record in weight throw with toss of 42 feet 7.4 inches at Texas Tech University’s Jarvis Scott Open, an indoor meet, and this put her fourth in region…Two-time weekly conference honoree…Competed in four events at Trinity Invite, an outdoor meet, at Trinity University and finished in top 15 for each…As a result, she ranked nationally ninth in hammer, 13^th in discus, 11^th in javelin and 21^st in shot put…Set season high of 114 feet 11.52 inches in discus at Abilene Christian University’s Wes Kittley Invitational to rank second in conference and in national top 50…Got season-best mark of 112 feet 11.11 inches in javelin at Angelo State University’s David Nobles Relays, good for second in conference…Won second in the javelin with throw of 117 feet 6.62 inches, finished second in hammer with throw of 149 feet 6.48 inches and won discus with toss of 123 feet 7.46 inches, all at conference meet…Helped McMurry win second-straight women’s conference title.


2021 (Sophomore):
ASC Champion ... First Team All-Conference ... Competed in 10 outdoor meets and one indoor meet ... Was the second-highest scorer at the American Southwest Conference Championships with 30 points over four events ... Won the ASC Championship in the hammer throw with a mark of 39.64m ... Also finished second in two events with two personal records at the ASC Meet, including the shot put (11.11m) and the discus (37.72m) ... Scored with a fifth place finish in the javelin with a mark of 31.78m ... Had a PR in the hammer at 42.56m at the UIW Invitational ... Won the javelin event at the Hardin-Simmons Invitational to open the season, throwing a mark of 38.86m for a PR ... Also won the hammer at the TLU D3 Challenge (39.31m) ...  Ranked regionally in four events to end the season, including the javelin (4th), discus (9th), hammer (10th) and shot put (17th) ... Eight podium finishes ... Three wins.

2020 (Freshman):
Competed in five meets as a true freshman ... Had an incredible meet to end the season at the Hardin-Simmons Invitational, leaving with two wins and one second place finish and three personal records ... Won gold in the javelin with a mark of 29.30 meters and in the discus with a mark of 35.63 meters ... Placed second in the shot put with a mark of 10.93 meters ... Also set a personal record in the weight throw at 12.56 meters, placing fourth at the UCO Weilert Open ... Three podium finishes ... Two wins.

High School:
A 2019 graduate of Early High School in Early, Texas…Competed for Daniel Price…Regional qualifier in discus and shot put…Played basketball for Chris Moody…4VL…Two-time all-district first team…Two-time all-district second team…Played volleyball for Natalie Whitewood…4VL…Two-time all-district first team…Competed in powerlifting…Finished fourth at state as a senior…Member of yearbook staff.

Personal:
Born January 4, 2001 in Early, Texas…From Early, Texas…Daughter of Chris and Missy Ryan…Has one brother Jake; two sisters Katie and Hope…Majoring in kinesiology…Aspires to become an athletic trainer.
