Biography
2019-20 (Freshman):
Led team with a 2:10.02 in the 200-yard freestyle...had top five McM times in the event...top eight times in the 500-yard freestyle...best of 5:45.12 at SCAC Championships...11:51.94 in the 1000-yard freestyle...19:44.11 in the 1650-yard freestyle...swam seven relays...relay team posted the top McM time in all seven events...SCAC Academic Honor Roll.
High School:
A 2019 graduate of Samuel Clemens High School…four-time All-Region honoree swimming for coach Cameron Cuda…team captain as a senior.
Club:
Swam for Alamo Area Aquatics Association for coach Bob Renfrew.
Personal:
Born March 1, 2001 in Little Rock, Arkansas…daughter of Edward and Julia Herrera…two older sisters…nursing major with goal of becoming a pediatric nurse or nurse practitioner.
