Biography

2022 Track & Field (Freshman):
Completed first collegiate decathlon in Wes Kittley Invitational at Abilene Christian University by winning 100-meters, pole vault and 1,500-meters, and placing second in javelin, 110-meter hurdles, long jump and shot put…Had multiple personal records at Wes Kittley…Ranks 27th in nation after pole vaulting 13 feet 11.32 inches at Wes Kittley…Competing in decathlon, set personal record of 5 feet 2.59 inches in high jump at Angelo State University’s David Nobles Relays…In decathlon, won shot put with toss of 37 feet 9.93 inches, tied for first in pole vault with leap of 13 feet 0.29 inches, got second in javelin with throw of 148 feet 4.31 inches and finished second overall at conference meet…Also broke meet record with points scored…Finished third in pole vault with height of 14 feet 3.25 inches at conference meet and got spot based on fewer misses at same height…Helped McMurry win third-straight men’s conference title.
