Finished first in the 200-yard free at 1:55.74 and the 100 back in 59.88 in season opener ... Earned first in the 400-yard IM against Ozarks with a time of 5:03.06 ... Finished second in the 100 back and 100 free at Austin double dual ... Recorded three personal best times at the SCAC Championships ... Earned two top 10 finishes at the SCAC Champs (only War Hawk to do so), finishing ninth in the 100 fly (54.77) and eighth in the 100 back (54.98) ... Earned fifth place as the lead leg in the 400 medley relay with teammates at SCAC Champs with a time of 3:45.26 ... Led McM in three different events ... A banner year in his first as a War Hawk ... Broke the 200-yard freestyle school record with a time of 1:45.69 in the first leg of the 800-yard freestyle relay at the SCAC Championships ... Earned a podium finish in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 53.22, finishing sixth ... Led McM in five different events ... Posted three season bests at the SCAC Championships ... 22.03 in the 50 free and a 47.87 in the 100-yard freestyle ... SCAC Winter Honor Roll.

High School:
A 2019 graduate of Business Careers High School … Earned four letters … 12-time district medalist … Team captain as a junior … Regional finalist … Holds school record in the 100-yard freestyle.

Swam for AAAA.

Born July 1, 2001 in San Antonio, Texas … Son of Bryan and Kara Ballard … Majoring in finance … Was member of high school orchestra … Member of the Wind Ensemble and Civic Orchestra of Abilene.
