HIGH SCHOOL: A graduate of Shallowater High School (2011) … Coached by David Sparkman … A four-year letterwinner for the Mustangs … A regional qualifier all four seasons … District doubles champ in 2010 and runner-up in 2008, 2009 and 2011 … Team was state qualifier all four years, as well … Placed fourth at regionals in 2010 and was third in 2011 in singles … Also played basketball for SHS, where he was an academic all-district selection.
