McMurry University Athletics

2010-11 Season (Junior):
 
Averaged 3.4 points, 2.0 rebounds, 0.8 assists and 0.6 steals in 26 games played for McMurry his junior season. Scored in double figures twice with his season-high coming in a road win against Concordia-Texas Jan. 20 with 19 points. Posted a season-high six rebounds on two different occasions. Shot 42 percent from the floor (29-69) and 74 percent from the free-throw line (31-42).
 
University of New England (2008-10):
 
Played his first two seasons at NCAA Division III University of New England in Biddeford and Portland, Maine. Named all-conference after averaging 16 points, five rebounds and three assists his sophomore year. Averaged 10 points and three boards his freshman year.
 
High School:
 
Played three seasons for head coach Marvin Hall at Del Valle High School in Austin. Averaged 15 points as a senior along with five rebounds per game. He was named honorable mention all-state, first-team all-region, and first-team all-district his senior season. Averaged 10 points as a junior. Also lettered in track and field where he was a state qualifier.

2008 graduate of Del Valle High School in Austin. Cousin, Curtis Jerrells, plays in the NBA for the New Orleans Hornets. Played against Stanford University guard Jeremy Green in high school. Majoring in business. Born 22 Oct. 1989.
