Biography
2009-10 Season (Junior):
Played in all 28 games of the season and started seven. Averaged 11.3 minutes, 2.0 points, and 2.1 rebounds per game. Was named to the ASC all-academic team.
2008-09 Season (Sophomore):
Played in 11 games and averaged 1.4 points per contest. Shot 36 percent from the floor and averaged 1.9 rebounds per game. Scored a season-high six points against Sul Ross State Jan. 22. She was an academic all-ASC selection.
2007-08 Season (Freshman):
Made 10 appearances in a backup role. Averaged 2.8 minutes, 0.8 points and 0.9 rebounds per contest.
High School:
Played one season for head coach Pamela Owens at Judson High School in Universal City. Helped her team to a 27-4 record at forward and center. She averaged six points, seven rebounds, three assists and two steals per game. She was named second-team all-district and to the city all-star team. Also lettered in volleyball. Academic all-state team selection.
Personal:
2007 graduate of Judson High School. Born 27 Feb. 1989. Her high school coach, Pamela Owens was on legendary coach Pat Summitt's coaching staff at the University of Tennessee for the 2005-06 season. A double major in English and sociology. Has aspirations of becoming a lawyer.
