Biography
A strong guard/forward that could provide an immediate impact for McMurry after spending one year at the junior college ranks. Eastfield Junior College: Played one year for coach Anthony Fletcher at Eastfield Junior College. Didn’t play for much of the year due to a foot injury. High School: Two-year letterwinner for coach Len Bishop at Dallas Lincoln High School. Started at point guard for his junior and senior seasons and helped lead Lincoln to the Class 4A state playoffs both years. For his senior year, Jones averaged 15 points and six assists a game as he was a first-team all-district selection. Personal: Born 20 April 1989. 2007 graduate of Dallas Lincoln High School.
