ABILENE, Texas – McMurry Men's Basketball finished up the non-conference portion of the 2021-22 schedule on Saturday with a valuable exhibition at Abilene Christian, falling 89-54 inside the Teague Center in Abilene.
The Wildcats – a Round of 32 participant in last season's NCAA Tournament – improved to a 2-2 record with the win in its home opener. The game does not count toward McMurry's record.
The War Hawks were led by CJ LeBlanc with 13 points. Additionally, all 17 active players logged valuable minutes.
Conference play picks back up for McMurry on Thursday, Dec. 2 at East Texas Baptist with tipoff set for 7:30 p.m. in Marshall, Texas.
