RICHARDSON, Texas – McMurry University women's soccer team stayed close to the University of Texas-Dallas for the first half, before eventually falling by a 5-0 score on the road. The War Hawks (3-11, 1-8 ASC) trailed just 1-0 at the half.
The veteran Comets (11-3, 7-2 ASC) out-shot McM by a 29-6 margin. Six different War Hawks each had a single shot attempt. McMurry put on shot on goal, by freshman

Jordan Gregory had both of her saves in the first half, as the War Hawks stayed within striking distance to the Comets. All five goals were charged to Gregory.
Cindy Villasana came of the McM bench and played the final 12 minutes.
