Women's Soccer Falls at ETBU, 4-2

Box Score MARSHALL, Texas – The McMurry women's soccer team dropped its second-consecutive match on Saturday, losing at East Texas State University, 4-2. The War Hawks fell to 3-2 on the year, while ETBU improved to 4-2 in 2014.
 
The match proved to be a showcase by the Tigers' Natalie Torres and the War Hawks' Kristen Grant.
 
Torres scored three of her team's goals, including two in the first half. Torres would also net ETBU's last score of the night in the 76th minute.
 
Grant scored her fourth and fifth goals of the season in the 9th and 52nd minutes.
 
McMurry was out-shot by a 27-6 margin for the game.
 
War Hawk goaltender Ashley Hemphill had 10 saves in the match and was responsible for all four goals allowed.
