McMurry University's women's basketball team and head coach Veronica Snow will be playing host to the McMurry Position Camp for girls entering grades 6-12 on July 11-14.

Coach Snow and selected players and coaches from the area will host the four-day overnight camp. The cost is $280 for a resident camper and $200 for a commuter. Registration begins July 11 at 1:30 p.m. in the Lobby of the Hunt P.E. Center, which runs parallel to South 14th Street.

According to the McMurry Women's Basketball Camp's web site, the position camp “is designed to develop position specific fundamentals and enhance team play. Each camper will learn how to be a more complete player as they develop skills in ball handling, shooting, passing, rebounding, offensive movement and defensive footwork. Campers will then have the opportunity to integrate their position work into team play concepts. Our camp staff is dedicated in providing an environment of fun and challenging basketball development.”
